Summary
The report is submitted in accordance with paragraph 4 of Security Council resolution 1439 (2002) by which the mandate of the Mechanism was extended for a further 2-month period. Presents findings on arms and petroleum; representation; and diamonds and finance. Concludes that all sanctions on UNITA should be lifted as a matter of priority, in accordance with the new reality in Angola. DAA
