Invites Governments in a position to do so, to increase their financial contributions to the UN Habitat and Human Settlements Foundation, and also invites international financial institutions, as appropriate, to assist developing countries in the implementation of the Habitat Agenda; invites the Executive Director of UN-Habitat to pursue the establishment, within the context of the UN System Chief Executives Board for Coordination, of the Habitat Agenda Task Manager System as a collaborative effort to allow better monitoring and mutual reinforcement of actions taken by international agencies in support of the implementation of the Habitat Agenda; encourages UN-Habitat to strengthen its collaboration with the UN agencies, funds and programmes and the UN Development Group in the implementation of the Habitat Agenda.
