Invites all organizations of UN System and other multilateral organizations to mainstream the implementation of the Brussels Declaration and Programme of Action within their programme of work as well as within their intergovernmental processes; stresses the need for further initiatives focused on cooperation between the least developed countries and other countries at the regional and subregional levels; requests the High Representative to submit a comprehensive progress report on the implementation of the Programme of Action to the Economic and Social Council at its substantive sess. of 2003; invites all development partners and UN System and other multilateral organizations to extend to the Office of High Representative their collaboration in the fulfilling of its mandate.
