Arrangements for the negotiation of an agreement between the United Nations and the World Tourism Organization

Authorizes the President of the Economic and Social Council to appoint from among States members of the Council, in consultation with the Chairmen of the regional groups, the members of the Committee on Negotiations with Intergovernmental Agencies; requests the Committee to meet at an appropriate time to negotiate with the World Tourism Organization a relationship agreement between the UN and the World Tourism Organization, on the basis of proposals submitted by the Secretary-General; requests the Committee to submit a draft relationship agreement between the UN and the World Tourism Organization for the consideration of the Council at its substantive session of 2003.
