Refers to note verbale of United States Mission to the UN (A/AC.154/354) concerning non-issuance of United States entry visas to the members of the Iraqi delegation to the 10th session of the Preparatory Commission of the Internationa Criminal Court; points out other numerous visa requests which were delayed and some of which are still pending with United States Mission; requests the Committee on Relations with the Host Country to remind the United States Mission of the Headquarters Agreement between the UN and the host country.
