Refers to Security Council resolution 1408 (2002) and reports that the Secretary-General have appointed 4 experts to serve on the Panel to conduct a follow-up assessment mission to Liberia and neighbouring States in order to investigate and compile a report on Liberia's compliance with the demands contained in resolution 1343 (2001) and on any violations of measures imposed by para. 5-7 of the resolution.
