Decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the UN Observer Mission in Georgia the amount of US$33,143,700 for the period 1 July 2002-30 June 2003, inclusive of $31,705,800 for the maintenance of the Observer Mission, $1,284,100 for the support account for peacekeeping operations and $153,800 for the UN Logistics Base; decides also to apportion among Member States the amount of $33,143,700 at a monthly rate of $2,761,975; decides further that, there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States, their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of $1,966,700 approved for the Observer Mission for the period 1 July 2002-30 June 2003; decides further that, for Member States that have fulfilled their financial obligations to the Observer Mission, there shall be set off against the apportionment, as provided for in paragraphs 12 and 14 above, their respective share of the unencumbered balance of $4,047,197 and their respective share of other income of $1,719,000 in respect of the financial period ending 30 June 2001.
