Conditions of service and compensation for officials other than Secretariat officials :#members of the International Court of Justice, judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, judges of the International Tribunal for Rwanda and ad litem judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia : resolution / adopted by the General Assembly

Endorses the observations and recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions contained in its report (A/56/7/Add.2) with regard to the emoluments, the special allowance of the President and for the Vice-President when acting as President, the education grant, pensions and other conditions of service of the members of the International Court of Justice, the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, the judges of the International Tribunal for Rwanda and the ad litem judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, without prejudice to the existing rules governing the conditions of service of the judges of the Tribunals; decides that the conditions of service and remuneration for the members of the International Court of Justice and the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, the judges of the International Tribunal for Rwanda and the ad litem judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia shall next be reviewed at its 59th session.
