ملخص
Concerns illegal arrival of the Turkish oceanographic research vessel "Piri Reis" at the ports of Kyrenia an Famagusta, which were declared closed to international navigation by the Government of Cyprus in 1974; strongly protests this action which constututes violation of international law, Charter of the UN and the relevant provisions of the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea.
