Concerns alleged failure by the Armée patriotique rwandaise (RPA) to demilitarize the city of Kisangani and to withdraw from the city of Pweto, in violation of the relevant provisions of Security Council resolutions relating to the situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo; requests the Security Council to issue an emphatic warning to Rwanda to induce it to refrain from pursuing its policy in the Great Lakes region.
