Informs that the Sudanese Cabinet of Ministers decided on 7 Jan. 2001 that the Ministry of the Interior, in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Tourism and Culture and the security authorities, would guarantee aliens the freedom to travel to any part of the Sudan with the exception of military operational areas.
