Decides to set at a level of 1 US$ per year all honorariums currently payable on an exceptional basis to the members of the International Law Commission, the International Narcotics Control Board, the UN Administrative Tribunal, the Human Rights Committee, the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women and the Committee on the Rights of the Child; requests the Secretary-General to report on the appropriation adjustments required as a consequence of the present resolution and the related transfers in respect of the provision of Internet services in the context of the 1st performance report on the programme budget for the biennium 2002-2003.
