Refers to Sept. 11 attacks against targets in the United States and reports that, in accordance with the inherent right of individual or collective self-defence (Art. 51 of the Charter of the UN), referred to in Security Council resolution 1368 (2001) and in response to Council resolution 1373 (2001), Poland has undertaken actions involving participation of its military forces within the international efforts to combat the terrorist network.
