Notes that action on the confidential decision relating to Togo adopted on 30 Mar. 2001 was deferred to the 58th session of the Commission on Human Rights, and that a report received from the Togolese Minister of Justice for the Promotion of Democracy and the Rule of Law may be consulted upon request in the files of the Secretariat.
