Summary
Welcomes the creation of the Subregional Centre for Human Rights and Democracy in Central Africa at Yaoundé; invites the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, under the direction of the Secretary-General, to provide appropriate assistance to the Centre to ensure its efficiency and smooth functioning in accordance with section III of General Assembly resolution 55/234.
