Welcomes the decision by the Trade and Development Board to conduct the midterm review of the outcome of the 10th of the UN Conference on Trade and Development at Bangkok 29 Apr.-3 May 2002, and, in this regard, expresses deep appreciation to the Government of Thailand for offering to host the meeting; stresses the importance of continued substantive consideration of the sub-item on trade and development, under the item entitled "Macroeconomic policy questions".
