Summary
Expresses its appreciation to the secretariat of the Commission for the publication and distribution of the Legislative Guide on Privately Financed Infrastructure Projects; appeals to Governments that have not yet done so to reply to the questionnaire circulated by the Secretariat in relation to the legal regime governing the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards; decides to continue, in the competent Main Committee during the 56th session of the General Assembly, its consideration of granting travel assistance to the least developed countries that are members of the Commission, at their request and in consultation with the Secretary-General; requests the Secretary-General to adjust the terms of reference of the UN Commission on International Trade Law Trust Fund for Symposia so as to make it possible for the resources in the Trust Fund to be used also for the financing of training and technical assistance activities undertaken by the Secretariat.
