The report, which was prepared in accordance with General Assembly resolution 55/182, describes developments in the multilateral trading system, namely, preparations by Governments for the 4th Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organization (WTO), UNCTAD activities, work in the WTO, status of WTO accessions and its dispute settlement system, and UNCTAD's work on dispute settlements. It also discusses other issues arising from the resolution. DAA
