Decides to transmit the report of the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources for Development to the Commission on Sustainable Development; decides to defer the approval of the provisional agenda of the 3rd session of the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources for Development to its next resumed session, bearing in mind that the 3rd session of the Committee is to take place 8-20 Dec. 2002.
