Takes note of the outcome of the discussion of the Committee on the Application of Standards during the 89th session of the International Labour Conference, held in June 2001; takes note of the understanding concluded between the International Labour Office and the authorities of Myanmar regarding an objective assessment to be carried out by an ILO high-level mission with respect to the practical implementation and actual impact of the framework of legislative, executive and administrative measures reported by Myanmar within the overall objective of the complete elimination of forced labour in law and practice.
