Reports that, in accordance with Article 51 of the Charter of the UN and together with other States, it has initiated actions in the exercise of its inherent right of individual and collective self-defence following the armed attacks of 11 Sept. 2001 in the states of New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia; states that these actions include measures against the Al-Qaeda terrorist training camps and military installations of the Taliban regime in Afghanistan.
