摘要
Transmits statement dated 13 Sept. 2001 by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan condemning acts of terrorism against the United States on 11 Sept. 2001; reiterates its earlier initiative to raise the issue of the advisability of establishing a specialized international structure responsible for coordinating activities to combat terrorism; proposes to the Secretary-General that measures be taken to establish an international centre to combat terrorism.
