Transmits letter of 11 June 2001 from the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Sudan calling upon the international community, especially the UN, to condemn the ongoing action by the Sudan People's Liberation Movement against the Sudanese people and to exert pressure on the rebel movement to accept an immediate ceasefire in southern Sudan.
