Refers to letter of 7 Apr. 2001 from Iraq (S/2001/340) and refutes allegations contained therein; states that Saudi Arabia reaffirms the importance of compliance with international humanitarian law and relevant Security Council resolutions to resolve matters relating to prisoners, detainees and missing persons in Iraq; alleges that Iraq has not cooperated effectively with the Tripartite Commission and the Technical Subcommittee in providing positive information regarding the Saudi and Kuwaiti pilots and other missing persons.
