Transmits letter of 15 Apr. 2001 from the Minister of Information and Acting Minister for Foreign Affairs concerning the delimitation of the continetal shelf between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Kuwait; states that the delimitation of international boundaries in the boundary triangle common to three countries cannot be carried out by two of them while excluding the third; reiterates its rejection of any agreement that is prejudicial to its legitimate rights with respect to the continental shelf.
