Reports an armed incident on 18 Apr. 2001, in which a bomb activated by a remote control mechanism went off in front of the offices of the Committee of the Yugoslav Government for Cooperation with the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) in Pristina, killing 1 person and wounding 3 others; requests the Security Council to convene an urgent meeting to condemn the incident and to enjoin, in accordance with their responsibilities under Security Council resolution 1244 (1999), KFOR and UNMIK to take all necessary measures to find the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
