Concerns the issue that the preliminary list of representatives to the 4th sess. of the UN Commission on Transnational Corporations includes a representative from the Federal Republic of Germany , which calls its office in West Berlin the "Federal Cartel Office"; the name is objected to by the Byelorussian SSR on the grounds that West Berlin is not a part of the Federal Republic of Germany and that the Federal Republic's attempt to establish a central governmental institution there is contrary to the 4-Power Agreement on West Berlin.
