摘要
Transmits, in its capacity as Chairman of the Arab Group for the month of Mar. 1978, a letter of 15 Mar. 1978 addressed to the Secretary-General by the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States; states that the Israelis allegedly launched some aggressive acts the night before using land, sea and air forces and that Israeli forces will continue their occupation of southern Lebanon in order to maintain discipline.
