Transmits letter of the same date from the Minister for Foreign Affairs requesting the facilitation of the passage from Jordanian territory into the West Bank of hundreds of truckloads of perishable foodstuffs and medicines donated by Iraq to the Palestinian people and to ensure a speedy agreement to Iraq's request for the allocation of 1 billion euros to meet the humanitarian needs of the Palestinian people.
