Transmits letter of the same date from the Minister for Foreign Affairs referring to a broadcast report on CNN in which a spokesman for the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence was allegedly quoted as saying that the 6 aircraft that took part in the attack against Iraq had taken off from Kuwait and returned to their bases, thereby demonstrating that Saudi Arabia and Kuwait are offering financial and logistical support for the action against Iraq.
