Summary
Invites the Secretary-General to continue to promote strict adherence to refugee law, international humanitarian law and human rights in situation of armed conflict and complex emergencies; urges Governments and concerned organizations to cooperate with the efforts of the Secretary-General and to ensure the safe and unhindered access of humanitarian personnel to perform their tasks; invites Governments to make available to the Secretary-General, on a voluntary basis, information and expertise on humanitarian problems of special concern to them, in order to identify opportunities for future action; invites the Independent Bureau for Humanitarian Issues to reinforce its activities.
