Convening of the 4th special session of the General Assembly devoted to disarmament

Decides, subject to the emergence of a consensus on its objectives and agenda, to convene the 4th special session of the General Assembly devoted to disarmament; requests the Secretary-General to seek the views of States Members of the UN on the objectives, agenda and timing of the special session and to report to the General Assembly at its 56th session.
