Refers to the Secretary-General's report (S/2000/914) and S/RES/689 (1991); reports that the members of the Council have reviewed the question of the termination or continuation of the UN Iraq-Kuwait Observation Mission (UNIKOM) and that they concur with the Secretary-General's recommendation to maintain UNIKOM and have decided to review the question again by 6 Apr. 2001.
