Report of the Secretary-General on the establishment of a Special Court for Sierra Leone

Submitted pursuant to Security Council resolution 1315 (2000), the report examines and analyses the nature and specificity of the Special Court, its jurisdiction, the organizational structure, enforcement of sentences and the choice of the alternative seat. It also describes the practical arrangements for the operation of the Special Court and its financial mechanism. It includes the Agreement between the UN and the Government of Sierra Leone on the Special Court as well as the Statute of the Court. DAA
