ملخص
Concerns para. 4 of the monthly report on the operation of the Stabilization Force (SFOR) (S/2000/872), which says "Over the reporting period, SFOR troops also continued to monitor the movement of controlled petroleum products into the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia by establishing traffic control points. No violations were reported"; states that by Security Council resolution 1074 (1996) the sanctions imposed on Yugoslavia were terminated and resolution 1088 (1996) by which SFOR was established contains no provisions on sanction monitoring; requests an explanation in this regard.
