Резюме
Concerns the alleged takeover of the Prepca Shareholding Corporation by the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo and the failure of the Security Council to react to previous requests made on 19 July and 14 Aug. 2000; calls upon the Security Council to restore the status quo ante and to revoke the decisions taken in violation of Council resolution 1244 (1999).
