Transmits letter of 17 Aug. 2000 from the Minister for Foreign Affairs concerning the continued violations of Iraqi airspace by United States and British aircraft during the period 8-15 August 2000, in the course of which they bombed civilian installations and residential districts, allegedly killing 2 citizens and injuring 23 others; reiterates the request to notify the Security Council so that it may take necessary steps to put an end to the no-fly zones imposed on Iraq.
