Concerns Resolution 1123 adopted by the Council of Arab Economic Unity at its 71st sess. in Cairo, which calls for the lifting of the embargo imposed on Iraq, affirms its rejection of the no-flight zones imposed on parts of Iraq and interference in the country's internal affairs, condemns military incursions into Iraq's territory, and urges the Arab States to expand their trade with Iraq.
