Transmits letter of 20 July 2000 from the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Iraq reporting continued violations of its airspace by United States and British aircraft over the period 9-16 July 2000; calls for the UN to invervene with the Governments of the countries concerned with a view to halting the violations and ensuring respect for the sovereignty of Iraq.
