Transmits letter dated 3 Aug. 2000 from the Minister for Foreign Affairs concerning violations of Iraqi airspace by United States and British aircraft during the period 24-30 July 2000; refers to his letter of 6 May 2000, to which he has yet to receive a response, and urges the Secretary-General to alert the Security Council of the alleged violations so that it may take the necessary steps to eliminate the no-flight zones imposed on Iraq.
