Concerns the position of Yugoslavia on Regulation no. 2000/42 of 10 June 2000 of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General in Kosovo and Head of the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK), on the establishment and functioning of foreign liaison offices in Kosovo and Metohija (Yugoslavia); calls on the Security Council to annul the regulation, which it considers as contrary to Security Council resolution 1244 (1999).
