Reports an incident which occurred on 15 June 2000 in Pristina, Kosovo and Metohija, wherein a van ran into an anti-tank mine allegedly planted by ethnic Albanian separatists which killed 2 persons and injured another; requests an urgent meeting of the Security Council to consider these alleged atrocities and take measures to ensure a secure environment for all residents in Kosovo and Metohija.
