Concerns statements made by Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Slovenia concerning membership status of Yugoslavia in the UN during the discussion of the 5th Committee of financing of UN peacekeeping operations; states that the status of Yugoslavia should be resolved in accordance with the Charter and relevant rules of the UN and that succession issues should be based on the principles of ternational law.
