Concerns the intention of the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) to conclude an agreement with the Red Crescent of Saudi Arabia on the construction of a cultural centre on a 30,000-square-metre lot near an Orthodox cemetery in Pristina, Kosovo and Metohija; states that the conclusion of the agreement would run counter to Security Council resolution 1244 (1999), in particular its provisions relative to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Yugoslavia; also states that UNMIK has no authority to cede land owned by Yugoslavia to foreign entities without the approval of Yugoslavia.
