Concerns a protest over the decision of the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) to issue postage stamps for the resumption of postal traffic in Kosovo and Metohija, outside the postal traffic carried out by the Yugoslav PTT Association, the PTT administration of Yugoslavia; states that this is unlawful according to the Universal Postal Convention (1994) as well as the provisions of Security Council resolution 1244 (1999).
