Notes
Reports on the investigation conducted by the Ministry of Defense of Bulgaria on the allegations raised in the report (S/2000/203) of the UN Expert Panel Established by Security Council Resolution 1237 (1999) implicating Bulgaria in the violation of sanctions against the União National para a Independencia Total de Angola (UNITA) and states that the results completely exclude the possibility that military officers who were trained in Bulgaria could have been UNITA personnel.
