Notes
Reports that to date, no contribution has been received for the International Civilian Support Mission in Haiti (MICAH) Trust Fund and that due to this, MICAH began its mandate on 16 Mar. 2000 with only core staff in the mission area, without substantive staff to fulfill the mandate. Proposes that the Assembly may wish to consider, under the circumstances, closing down the Mission and transferring its substantive activities to UNDP.
