Concerns the destruction of a railway bridge at Zvecan, near Kosovska Mitrovica, in Kosovo and Metohija, 21-22 Mar. 2000, allegedly by Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA); states that KFOR and the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) failed in their responsibility to protect the facility and that the incident is evidence that KLA has not been disarmed.
