Refers to the report of the UN Expert Panel Established by Security Council Resolution 1237 (1999) concerning violations of Security Council sanctions against Uniao Nacional para a Independencia Total de Angola (UNITA) (S/2000/203) and objects to the last sentence of the para. 147 of the report, in which Portugal is regarded as "a key country for UNITA in terms of mobilising political support, and also a source of commercial and logistical support".
