Summary
Transmits letter of 19 Jan. 1999 from the Secretary-General of NATO submitting the monthly report to the Security Council on the operations of the Stabilization Force (SFOR) in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia, covering the period 13 Nov.-12 Dec. 1999. The report examines cooperation and compliance by the parties with provisions of the Peace Agreement and SFOR's cooperation with international organizations. Informs that the Stabilization Force Commander (COMSFOR) has begun to implement the SFOR restructuring plan (calling for a gradual reduction in the size, role and profile of the force) which will be accomplished in Spring 2000.
